At Slowdown Studio, we want you to love your art and home goods; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all textiles and products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold your blankets or home goods and place them back in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
